Harris receives $10.7M US Navy contract
Posted by admin | Under HRS Harris Corporation Monday Mar 8, 2010Communications products maker Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS) said Monday it received a $10.7 million contract to supply 23 terminals that will provide Internet, video and other broadband access to personnel on U.S. Navy frigates.
The contract is part of a larger $77 million commercial broadband contract Harris received in 2008. Awards under the five-year contract to date total $28.2 million.
